The main road through Barovia, running between the Gates and Castle Ravenloft. The party has traveled it multiple times. Mist presses in on both sides. Trees grow close. There is a persistent sense of being noted by something that is not quite watching.

The road to Vallaki (s18) — Khione briefly caught a talking raven (a wereraven of the Keepers, unrecognized); roadside mushrooms were eaten with strange results.
