Kasimir Velikov

Leader of the dusk elves, the last survivors of a race that is all but forgotten. He lives in a small house at the base of the hill on the eastern perimeter of the Vistani camp, guarded by three cloaked dusk elf warriors, and he is old even by elven standards.

He carries a grief that has been running for four centuries.

The party never met him. He said he would not wait indefinitely.
